I take 2 green & 1 white tablet in the morning with 1 Biolean Accelerator tablet. Mid day, before 3 PM, I take the other green tablet that comes in the daily dose packet, and another Accelerator. I have done nothing else; no increase exercise, no diet change, nothing. It is 7/21/07 and I have lost 10 pounds! I find I have no cravings, and when I am hungry, a few bites fills me up! When going out to dinner, a small salad, water, and maybe a light appetizer of shrimp or cheese tidbits, and I'm stuffed! It's expensive...$130 a month...but it is working for me, and I've tried it all...other OTC diet pills, Atkins, South Beach, fasting, everything! I'm 55, and have over 50 pounds...er, make that 40 now...to lose. My physician recommended this product. I'm thrilled! I also use their Omega 3s and my cholesterol is dropping.
