My goal was to find out how well this diet works.  I knew that I would need to discover how many people did on this diet, otherwise my research wouldn&#8217;t be worth anything.  This article is intended to relate to you what I have learned. </p>

<p>Overall, it seems that being on <a href='http://weightlossdietsolutions.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-pro.php?id=4' target="_blank">fat loss</a> 4 Idiots does get you to lose weight.  Not a single person I corresponded with who went on this diet failed to lose some weight.  But not everyone lost 9 lbs.  every 11 days.  In fact, most of the people failed to meet the 9 pound mark.  Most people I&#8217;ve corresponded with or whose feedback I&#8217;ve read, lost around 6-7 pounds.  I think <a href='http://weightlossdietsolutions.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-pro.php?id=2' target="_blank">fat loss 4 idiots</a> would&#8217;ve done better if it had set this number as it&#8217;s weight loss promise.  The lowest weight loss which I encountered was 5. 5 pounds over the 11 days cycle.  The highest was 10 pounds! Yes, that&#8217;s right, a few people do manage to lose even more than 9 lbs.  every 11 days, but they are the minority. </p>
<p>I&#8217;m not saying that only a fraction of the people manage to lose 9 pounds.  Many of them do.  But if you plan to use this diet, you should be prepared for a slightly slower rate of <a href='http://weightlossdietsolutions.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-pro.php?id=4' target="_blank">fat loss</a> so you wouldn&#8217;t lose your motivation. </p>
