ALL diets have a 90% failure rate within one year.
ALL diets have a 95% failure rate within five years.
So realistically, if you are looking at &quot;dieting&quot; to lose weight, neither is actually effective at all. Now in terms of just general nutrition one could make arguments for both and against both. As long as your diet is well rounded you will be doing well. 
If you are planning to lose weight, just eat a well balanced diet and exercise. It&#039;s not complicated and doesn&#039;t require a gimmick.</description>
