Muitas pessoas alegam que a garcinia e o vinagre de maçã aumentam os benefícios de perda de peso um do outro, mas não há pesquisas sobre a tomada em conjunto e, os estudos existentes sobre eles consumidos isoladamente oferecem resultados mistos. O vinagre de maçã pode causar indigestão, irritação na garganta e erosão dentária em grandes doses, mas parece seguro em quantidades menores. Já a garcinia tem sido associada a problemas de estômago e dores de cabeça, bem como um caso de insuficiência hepática.

Embora não haja dosagem específica recomendada para nenhum dos dois, parece ser seguro ingerir duas colheres de sopa (30 ml) de vinagre de maçã diluído e 2.800 mg de garcinia cambogia por dia. Se você estiver interessado em experimentá-los, procure marcas de renome, consulte seu médico e não exceda as dosagens recomendadas.

Metamucil for weight loss is not the way for anyone to lose weight. Metamucil may be a good product for those that are having some kind of problem with constipation but more and more you see it marketed as a supplement instead of a short term solution to a weight problem.

The Resonance Partnership blog today had an article on the dark side of marketing where it seems like the makers of Metamucil are trying to get people to take the product as just what seems to be a bad thing and that is as a supplement to “clean” your insides.

I would not usually be too concerned about this kind of an article but after looking at the post you can see how this may lead people to look at the new marketing plan as a shortcut to an eating disorder.

I have not covered eating disorders much in the past but this article woke me up to the fact that I should be looking at this more in the future.

So what Metamucil for weight loss does is that it uses the soluble and unsoluble fiber to get rid of bulk in the body. The trouble is that when you have a problem with this is a very bad way to get rid of extra weight, the weight will not come off but a lot of the nutrients will be stripped out of your system.

So please do not use Metamucil for weight loss.
