Burn The Fat, feed the muscle – Email Training Buddy?

Hi, I'm halfway through reading BFFM and after having read / tried every diet under the sun – I lost 25 kg by diet and exercise reasonable, but were stabilized for months if you want to now focus on fat loss.
  I like the sound of BFFM and I pledge to do as close to literally as possible for 12 weeks starting as soon as I finished reading it! Is anyone willing COMMITT also be friends and training e-mail?
  Also interested to hear success stories and any advice on this program – thank you

absolutely positively the best book on the market!!!
I lost (wait let me check my chart)….
I started with 23.4% body fat and went to 16.4 in 12 weeks thats 14.6 pounds of fat that I lost.
I worked out hard so i actually gained alot of lean muscle mass so I only lost 5 pounds of weight total but hey thats cool.
Better to stay the same weight and gain muscle while loosing the fat. Makes anyone look better.
Highly recommend this as its all natural and he isnt trying to sell some back end fat burn pill or anything like that.
