everyone has abs, its just that when you have a layer of fat over them, you can’t see them. no, you have to lay of the junk food, because they’re basically empty calories and won’t benefit your body in any way. if you eat fewer calories than your body needs a day, then sure, you could probably see your abs, but you’ll need to work them out to actually get them defined further more.

“How do I get six pack abs?”
This is perhaps one of the most asked questions by both men and women alike in the health and fitness industry. Six pack abs are a highly desirable feature of any person’s body, but when trying to achieve six pack abs, the majority seem to go about it the wrong way.
They are usually fed the wrong information. They are led to believe that exercise is the key to getting six pack abs, and while it is a huge factor, more important is diet and nutrition.
The famous quote by Justin Leonard that claims, “Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!” highlights this fact.
Nutrition is an essential aspect of achieving six pack abs. Exercising the abs does not really make them much bigger, it just makes them more defined. Nutrition is essential in order to reduce the layer of flat that lies over your six pack abs.
Nutrition tips for getting a six pack
– Cut down on the amount of alcohol, carbohydrates, fast and fried foods and sodium. This does not mean eliminate from your diet completely, but instead eat these substances in moderation.
– Recent research shows that drinking caffeine rich drinks, such as coffee, before exercise increases your metabolic rate which enables you to burn more fat.
– Green tea is another great fat burner which increases energy expenditure and fat oxidation.
Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym so remember to keep a balanced diet as well as regularly exercising.
