Spanish giants, Barcelona has made a move to sign Chelsea defender David Luiz, according to report.
Luiz finds it hard to reclaim his place in the Chelsea starting XI under manager Antonio Conte after the pair had a fallout over tactics during the Champions League against Roma. Conte has denied such claims of rift and he told the media Luiz is injured that is why he has not featured lately for Chelsea.

Reports in Telefoot says the Camp Nou outfit is in contact and have submitted a loan proposal to the Stamford Bridge hierarchy ahead of the winter transfer market.
