The Fat Loss 4 Idiots is an online fat and weight loss program. It is a safe and all-natural diet program that functions on the theory of calorie shifting. The theory of calorie shifting states that you need to take a varied collection of carbohydrates-rich foods in order to boost your body’s rate of metabolism. The theory asserts that the body is not able to determine the amount and kind of food that you will ingest in the succeeding days. As such, your body essentially burns off calories based only on your recent eating patterns. The theory hypothesizes that by not taking in the same kinds of calorie-rich foods each and every day, the body’s metabolic rate is intensified. Thus, the body will be able to burn off calories and, subsequently, fat tissues quicker.
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program also preaches 10 rules essential to fat and weight loss. These are:
1. management of calorie intake
2. intake of four meals each day, with around 2 ½ hours interval between meals
3. preparation of own meals at home
4. rotation between protein and carbohydrates-rich meals
5. limiting use of condiments and eating meals as plain as possible
6. intake of six to eight eight-ounce glasses of water everyday
7. knowing when to stop eating
8. taking in only particular drinks
9. avoidance of sweets and snacks; and
10. getting out regularly for a walk as a means of exercise.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots is all natural and safe. It does not require you to take pills and dietary supplements. However, is this the fat and weight loss plan that is exactly right for you? If you are overweight, which means you are heavier by five to 30% than your normal weight, which in turn is ten to 20% heavier than the ideal weight for your height and weight, then it is definitely high time for you to fight impending obesity.
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program will work for you because of a handful of reasons. Firstly, at only $39 dollars ($20 for the Diet Generator and $19 for the Diet Handbook) it is one of the cheapest in the internet. What’ more, it actually has a money-back guarantee. Secondly, this fat and weight loss program features instructions that are considerably easy to follow. The diet menu consists of dishes that are easy to cook, which you will particularly find a relief since you will be cooking all your meals at home. Even the ingredients for the dishes in the diet menu are easy to find and there is no need to buy pre-packaged food and expensive dietary supplements. Thirdly, the focus of this fat and weight loss program is on meal plan and reasonable exercise for beginners. You are encouraged to take regular walks and to perform other low-intensity exercises for at least 30 minutes everyday.
However, this program may also not work for you. If you are the type who is an exercise buff, say, you perform exercises for an hour or more a day, you will find that the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program does not contain sufficient amount of calories. Also, the program tends to become dreary and repetitive, largely due to the fact that you have to stick to the menu plan that has been laid out for you.
It is worth noting, though, that there seems to be more positive points going for the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program than negative ones. Thus, this is definitely a fat and weight loss program that is worth trying.

(My stats before prego 5’3″ 123, currently 143) Ok, had a baby 2 1/2 months ago. I was a runner before I got pregnant and ran as long as I could. Started back running a month after she was born. I’m currently training for a half marathon. I had 40 lbs to lose after she was born and the 1st 10 lbs came off w/o me noticing. The 2nd 10 lbs took a little while longer. Now I’ve got 20 more lbs to lose and I know I’ve lost body fat b/c my body fat percentage is down 4% but my weight hasn’t changed. So I assume I’m losing fat at the same rate I’m gaining muscle but what I’m wanting to know is when will I start losing weight?
I had alot of muscle before I got pregnant. I lifted weights and ran.
And I know the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn at rest. Oh, and I eat healthy and drink plenty of water b/c I’m also breastfeeding and I know I have to stay plenty hydrated.
Would it be that my body knows i’m breastfeeding and is trying harder to hang on to the fat for the baby? And that’s why I’m having a hard time?
And another question, for any breastfeeding mothers that run also. Would the lactic acid from running get in breast milk and make my baby fussy? Like if I fed her right after a run? I usually try to run right after I feed her so then I have at least an hour to rest before she needs to eat again. But there have been times as soon as I got back from a run I had to feed her.
And stretch marks, is there anything I can do? I know i’ve heard coco butter but isn’t that just for prevention or them?
