The Mind-Blowing Benefits of Garcinia Cambogia

(Newswire.net — November 14, 2017) Cheyenne, Wyoming — The hydroxycitric acid (HCA) found in Garcinia Cambogia has been touted a miracle drug for weight loss, and in many ways it is, but its benefits go far beyond delivering prefect curves. This exotic fruit promotes the body’s total wellbeing. For this reason, the FitPal Natural Fat Burner by HealthyWiser features Garcinia Cambogia in its formula to capitalize on all it has to offer.

Garcinia Cambogia lends itself to reducing stress and anxiety as hydroxycitric acid manages cortisol levels in the body when consumed. “Cortisol is a steroid hormone that regulates a wide range of processes throughout the body, including metabolism and the immune response,” explains the Society for Endocrinology. “It also has a very important role in helping the body respond to stress.”

Cholesterol levels are also influenced as Garcinia Cambogia increases the number of high-density lipoproteins (HDL) known as “good fats” and decreases low-density lipoproteins (LDL) which are known as “bad fats”, thus it mitigates the risk of heart attack, lowers blood pressure and boosts energy levels.

“The organic compounds found in Garcinia Cambogia can act as anti-depressants, by releasing serotonin into the body, which is the “satisfaction” or “pleasure” hormone,” explains Organic Facts. “This ability to stabilize the mood is based on the effect of HCA on neurotransmitters, and the lowered levels of stress, can often contribute in treating long-term depression.”

Another remarkable benefit of this fruit is how blood sugar levels are controlled as metabolic rates are modified. It’s by this token that Garcinia Cambogia works harmoniously alongside other forms of treatment for diabetes as it assures there aren’t any sudden drops or spikes in blood sugar levels.

Garcinia Cambogia is now officially known as Garcinia gummi-gutta, and while it has undergone a name change, its nutritional benefits remain the same. As such, the FitPal thermogenic dietary supplement enlists Garcinia cambogia in its FDA-approved formula to fortify the immune system, rein in one’s appetite and improve metabolism even when the body is at rest.
