Garcinia Cambogia – die Frucht

Die Garcinia Cambogia wächst in Südostasien und hängt am Tamarindenbaum. Wegen ihrer speziellen Form wird sie auch als „indische Kürbisfrucht” bezeichnet. Sie ist reich an Calcium, Phosphor, Eisen, Vitamin B und vielen weiteren Nährstoffen. Darüber hinaus sagt man ihr eine antibakterielle Wirkung nach.

Hilft die Garcinia Cambogia beim Abnehmen?

Die Frucht enthält einen speziellen Wirkstoff, der beim Abnehmen helfe: Die sogenannte Hydroxyzitronensäure (HCA) wird aus der Rinde der Garcinia Cambogia gewonnen. Sie enthält Kalziumsalz, welches die Fettsynthese des Körpers regulieren soll. Proteine und Kohlenhydrate sollen dadurch entschärft und nicht eingelagert werden, woraus ein Sättigungsgefühl resultiere. Die Frucht funktioniere so als Appetithemmer.

Im Rahmen kritischer Studien blieb der diätische Effekt zwar komplett aus – der Hype um die Garcinia Cambogia findet aber noch lange kein Ende. Mittlerweile gibt es viele Präparate in Form von Kapseln, die man hauptsächlich online bestellen kann. Ausprobieren schadet nicht, oder?
