The best way is not to do it “quick and easy”. The pounds didn’t come on overnight and they won’t come off fast either. Combine mild exercise with a change in eating habits. If you take a brisk walk three or four times a week, followed by eating a slightly reduced meal within two hours, your metabolism will burn the fat quicker than attempting to crash diet…which never works well.
for exercise they can play sports.
in regards to diet, simple, healthy substitutions can help a lot. for example, 1% milk instead of whole, light bread (has lower calories) instead of regular bread, water/Propel instead of soda (bad!), NO CANDY whatsoever, etc.

Hello! You are right, diets never work, because they imply and beginning and an end. What must take place is a lifestyle change. This is pretty easy for children, especially if their parents are setting the example. Try enrolling them in extracurricular activities that get them moving. Most importantly, take away the snacks, high sugar juices and sodas, and give them fruits, veggies, and wholesome foods that will give them energy. Children are very impressionable. They will follow if you lead. I hope this helps you.
