okay well i was wondering if id get better results from working out in the morning or nite. . does it matter. . and i heard the first 20mins u burn carbs then start to burn ur fat stored is that true. . . if i work out first thing in the morning is that bad? how long before should i eat and how long after and what to eat at these times around my workout. . (i do like 200push ups some sit ups, leg lifts, squats, and some free weights. . sometimes like 15mins of cardio all in all a 30-45min workout)
And my other question does it matter when u eat the protein to make ur muscles feed off of it i want max effectiveness. . if i eat a protein bar before i sleep like 1hr is that bad good?

you should just start sending these questions to me. 1st contrary to popular belief Working out before eating breakfast offers no additional or superior rewards. In general, any time you exercise, you’ll raise your metabolism during the session and for some time after wards. Studies have shown that the more intensely you exercise, the longer your metabolic rate stays raised. You should have at least 2 protein drinks per day in between your meals. Have one in the morning and one after your workouts (on the days you do not workout, just have a second drink in the evening). I suggest that you mix your drinks so that you get at least 30 grams of protein in each drink. I personally use ISOPURE.
Also look into casein Protein, Casein protein is a slow-digesting protein because it forms a “gel” in the gut, which results in a steady release of amino acids into the blood stream over time. Research shows that when you consume casein, you will reach a peak in blood amino acids and protein synthesis between three to four hours. The total release of amino acids in the bloodstream, however, can last as long as 7 hours after ingestion of casein protein That’s why it is Great Just before bed, you supply your body with protein all Night long.
