Your Own Hardest Battle

I find that often we are stuck working now for something in the future. I think that is common to most people.

We want to be active and fit, but we keep comparing what we are now to what we are going to be in the future and it really isn’t fair. What we need to do instead is to see ourselves as we are today, accept that, and work towards a great future self.

Live for today but never forget that we are working for tomorrow as well
