High Protein Diet Help?

I want to lose weight super fast so I’ve decided to do the high protien diet.
I read about something in the book “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” about eating high protein for three days and then eating carbs on the fourth (cheat day) to prevent your body from getting used to how you’re eating.
How many carbs am I allowed to have on my low carb days?
I’d also like to take a fat burner to speed things up, what do you recommend?
I’d like to drop tons of weight fast as I have an important event to attend, what exercise to you recommend for the fastest results?

If your interested in losing weight as fast as possible then forget about the cheat day and head straight for ketosis,
‘The Ketogenic diet’ can be responsible for as much as .66 pounds of fat loss alone daily while hanging on to LBM (Lean Body Mass). no difference in what you’ll be doing now except keeping yourself from going into ketosis with the carbs on ‘cheat day’.
I wouldn’t worry about fat burners on this diet so I have no recommendations + they are a rip-off.
Exercises, stay away from heavy weights till you come off of the diet. Use cardio instead, medium intensity – focusing on an AM workout before breakfast.

For low carb dieting I recommend you have under 20 carbs a day. You should have an Atkins advantage shake or meal bar when you are craving sugar. For a fat burner…. Hydroxycut works great. You can find all of those items on Imedmart.com

The exercise that I recommend is do some serious jogging around the track. Running is serious calorie burner. Another specialized way to burn fat is aerobics and swimming.

don’t loose all your carbs, that gives you energy…high protein diets will make you tired and sick of it real quick. Mix it up…in the morning, oatmeal for grains and fiber along with a protein shake (watch out for high calorie, fat and carbs though)…mid morning snack, fruit or veggie…lunch…chicken breast with a salad….mid afternoon snack, fruits and veggies…dinner…steak, chicken or fish(salmon preferably) with a cup of brown rice and some veggies. No soda, coffee or fruit juices…all sugar!! Up your water to half your body weight in ounces…if you way 200lbs, you drink 100 oz in a day!!…you’ll pee like crazy but it’ll help lose weight…And EXERCISE!!! At least 30-45 minutes a day!!!
Fat burners are bad for the heart…green tea is a real good appetite suppressant and increases your metabolism.
