Vegan Weight Loss Diets

Someone who knows about diets (no weight loss) and veganism Please?

I'm vegan (vegan semi majority being with a few times a year i eat regularly to avoid taking supplements, I do not consider myself vegan label, i just keep omnivorism more)
  Lately I havent eaten much.
  That's what I ate last 4 days
Day 1. oats with soy milk, 1 cup of soup (large cups that look like large coffee mugs) a few sticks of dry bread with sunflower seeds (dunno the word for them) about 5 of these
Day 2. 1 cup of soup, oatmeal with soy milk
Day 3. oats again later in the day, a few sunflower seeds
Day 4. oats again (I just realized that I probably fell inlove with Quaker brand) 1 cup of soup later in the day of hearts and 250g dried palm breaksticks.
I drink minium 3lt water per day
I am not a diet, I have no sensation of hunger and believe me I'm forcing myself to eat as much as I do, if I eat more I'm going to vomit, this is not something that going for long, just last week.
  My question is
I saw that I always go to the bathroom twice a day, and I expel a normal amount each time (if not more) as if I ate my regular meals, which is responsible for plants and beans etc.
I do not understand where my body is so much to expel, I should not be empty now? I mean, food is aprox 24 hours remain in our body, and the amount I eat, I do not understand why I have consistently normal amounts and not less, and why I still go twice a day.
And does anyone know how I can get my appetite back? I'm afraid I'll get malnutrition, but I can not force myself to eat and my stomach hurt and I finally threw up

This website, run by the Mayo Clinic, has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. Use it when planing your meals.

oats, oats, oats. hey i like oats too but, don’t you think you should ease off on this? eat some fruit! and eat some greens.

if you haven’t been vegan for long, then your body might be reacting to the change in diet. but if you have been vegan for a while, your metabolism is probably really high and drinking all that water, the digestion process is going much faster, so that is why you are still going to the bathroom the same amount everyday. you shouldn’t force yourself to eat more than you can. try eating maybe 1/2 a cup of oats and then just wait 2 hours. in those two hours, drink no water. then eat another 1/2 cup and wait another two hours, that way, you are not eating a whole cup, so you are making your body ask for food. i hope this helps and your problem gets better.

Gluten intolerance is very common among people who are vegan a vegetarian. When you take out the meat, people often replace the meat and dairy with pasta, bread, and other types of grains. Oats don’t have gluten in them, but they have another substance that produces the same type of effect (I have gluten intolerance and I get the same symptoms from oats). Cut out oats and gluten for a couple of weeks and see if your symptoms diminish. When you eat a limited diet like a vegan diet you need to make sure that you’re really varying your diet and not concentrating too much on one type of food because food allergies and intolerances are very easy to develop and they aren’t always easy to detect. People think that if they have a problem with a food, they will develop symptoms right after they eat and that’s not the case. I personally had depression and anxiety and it was a symptom of gluten intolerance. It wasn’t right after I ate, it was all the time. Cut out the gluten and the oats and see how you react. Eat as much fresh fruits and vegetables as you can. I accept pm’s if you have any questions.
