I have a little extra weight is extremely stubborn, and I would like my body is more toned and defined. I run every day from 3 to 6 miles. I still have more weight than I have to lose, and my body has absolutely no definition. It's frustrating to me because I work so hard, and I see these results, small gradual. I am aware that I should incorporate some type of strength training into my routine, such as Pilates. So I think I'll try that, 3 days per week, and continue with my daily running as well. But I was wondering if maybe my diet was the culprit. I eat really well. Recently I decided to go Vegan, having been a vegetarian for some time. I heard that not eating enough calories may contribute to a plateau in weight loss … any information on this subject? I cut my calories for last year. I saw the weight loss at first, but for months I have been blocked. I do not know what to do!

One reply on “Loss of weight for a vegan?”
I would suggest going to http://www.Arbonne.com. They are a completely vegan company (certified vegan) and they have a whole weightloss system. I know 4 people in my circle that love their products. They have everything from protein shakes, to energy drinks, to a dietary supplement, and last but not least chews that tase sooo good. (I have had the chews myself. They are soooo good)
But since the plan is completely vegan and has no added sweeteners or colors it seems as though it is right up your alley.
If you are intrested let me know and i can get you hooked up with some.
