Vegan Weight Loss Diets

Someone who knows about diets (no weight loss) and veganism Please?

I'm vegan (vegan semi majority being with a few times a year i eat regularly to avoid taking supplements, I do not consider myself vegan label, i just keep omnivorism more)
  Lately I havent eaten much.
  That's what I ate last 4 days
Day 1. oats with soy milk, 1 cup of soup (large cups that look like large coffee mugs) a few sticks of dry bread with sunflower seeds (dunno the word for them) about 5 of these
Day 2. 1 cup of soup, oatmeal with soy milk
Day 3. oats again later in the day, a few sunflower seeds
Day 4. oats again (I just realized that I probably fell inlove with Quaker brand) 1 cup of soup later in the day of hearts and 250g dried palm breaksticks.
I drink minium 3lt water per day
I am not a diet, I have no sensation of hunger and believe me I'm forcing myself to eat as much as I do, if I eat more I'm going to vomit, this is not something that going for long, just last week.
  My question is
I saw that I always go to the bathroom twice a day, and I expel a normal amount each time (if not more) as if I ate my regular meals, which is responsible for plants and beans etc.
I do not understand where my body is so much to expel, I should not be empty now? I mean, food is aprox 24 hours remain in our body, and the amount I eat, I do not understand why I have consistently normal amounts and not less, and why I still go twice a day.
And does anyone know how I can get my appetite back? I'm afraid I'll get malnutrition, but I can not force myself to eat and my stomach hurt and I finally threw up
