Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has ruled out a move for Bundesliga star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports.
Wenger has sounded it that it is “not a possibility” for Arsenal despite the link of the Gabonese to Emirate Stadium to replace exit bound Alexis Sanchez. However, when asked on Friday if Aubameyang was a possible Arsenal target, Wenger said: “No, it is not a possibility.” according to SkySport
The manager rather insisted that he want Theo Walcott to remain at the club, The England international has not played much for Arsenal this season and he been linked with a return to former club Southampton. But Wenger said: “I want him to stay. “I heard about that [the Southampton link] but personally I want him to stay.” Arsenal will travel to face Nottingham Forest on Sunday for their next game in the FA Cup.
