Burn the fat feed the muscle, does anybody have any input. Is this guy for real? I am losing the last 15 pounds of fat for my six pack and I was wondering if this ebook is worth buying. person, an im plataeu by the way.

A six-pack is difficult. I have had a 4pack many times but that final layer of fat is very hard to shirt.
To show off a six pack you need to get your bodyfat down to around 12% which is not what your body wants.
Forget eating just protein, eat 60% carbs, 25% protein, 15% fats in diet.
Doing cardio will burn fat when you get heart rate to 65
% of maximum.
Crunchees and other exercises should build the muscle but you have to get rid of the fat otherwise it will not show ever!
