There is no quick and easy way. Watch what you eat very carefully if you don’t want to exercise. It’s so much easier to just jog or power walk for 40 minutes a day. Then you can eat more stuff that you like and less boring diet food.
cut down on junk food.
try to oven cook food instead of fried
fruit and veg !
